Fund Raising

There are more elementary school fund raising campaigns than any other school activity, and it's time for a new idea !

Are you tired of cookie dough and catalog sales? Are you tired of all the work required by Moms?? We have a great solution for your school. This is your chance to easily raise money and help the environment at the same time.

It is predicted that within 5 years over 90% of the country will be using reusable grocery bags. So, jump on this green train and teach your child that they can make a difference.

Here's how it works ...

Once your school makes a commitment, you will be sent all the necessary info and material needed to get started.  The whole campaign stresses and repeats the same three points... the choking earth, the death of wildlife, and the destruction of trees.

You will be sent nine posters, (three each of the watercolors), the inspirational video which highlghts the three main points, (you can view below), and colored brochures for each student to take home.
The brochure includes an order page and a page that explains the incentive gift program (shown below).

You will then start your awareness campaign, and send home the brochures.  That should last for approximately two weeks.  You will collect the order forms and checks which will be made out to your school.  The order forms and a check to Load My Groceries will then be sent to us.  The cost is $38.00 per each set of bags, and you send us $28.00 per each set you sell, keeping $10.00 per set sold.

So, if your school sells 500 sets of bags, your school makes $5000.  It then take four weeks for us to process, pack, and ship the sets to you.  Each set will be individually packed and labeled with the child's name and classroom.  Prizes will be placed in the set of bags sold to the child's mom or dad, and shipped to your school.

Earth Day is April 22 and a great time to receive and hand out bags.  To receive shipment by Earth Day, order firms and a check need to be sent in to us by March 22.

Good luck!
